Final approval for this 5,000 acre development of 12,500 single family homes, multifamily homes, and 800,000 square feet plus of retail space and 2 million square feet of office space was finally approved by the Pasco County Board of Commissioners on July 17, 2007!
Once this project gets underway, it will sure have a huge impact on Wesley Chapel real estate. With an expected 35,000 residents and an estimated $243 million in property taxes to be paid by 2016, this planned development is just another example of the high growth New Tampa / Wesley Chapel is experiencing.
Located between Bruce B. Downs and Meadow Pointe Boulevard in the New Tampa / Wesley Chapel area, and bordered on the north by highway 54, this community will be massive!

Don't expect to be able to put some money down on a home soon though. Most likely, it will be some time before they are ready for even pre-construction contracts.
