The first thing to remember is that no two homes are alike!
We've all seen commercials on television about finding out what your house is worth. These generally are automated computer programs generated without any human being assessing the information provided to you. Are you comfortable with that?
No certified appraiser or professional realtor® will give you an estimated value for a home without seeing it and then comparing it to recent solds in your neighborhood!!!
We look at the age and condition of the home. Its amenities/upgrades, site location, square footage, quantity of bathrooms, etc.
We also have the experience to tell you what you should do to maximize the sales price of your home and minimize the length of time it will be on the market. Unlike you, we can be objective about how your home shows to a potential BUYER! In this market, the buyer is king, so it is best to appeal to him/her!
